The founders of The Perfect World Foundation went to Ol Pajeta, in Kenya, to meet with the last Northern White Rhinos to discuss how we are supposed to put an end to the ongoing extinction of our Rhinos and Wildlife. On the picture above you can see Sudan, the last male northern white rhino, 43 years old with a bad hip resting in the bush. With him 60 million years of evolution will be gone for ever.
Ragnhild (Rags) & Lars Jacobsson (founders TPWF) meet Richard Vigne, the CEO of Ol Pajeta Wildlife Conservancy to seek a co operation to put an end to the ongoing extinction of our wildlife. Protection and surveillance of the last Northern White Rhinos was one of the discussions as well as finding new creative ways to raise local and global awareness.
Sudan, on the picture above is the last Male Northern White Rhino, he is 43 years old and with him 60 million years of evolution will be gone. Sudan have reached the normal age for a Rhino and the Conservancy have done everything in their power to try to mate him with one of the three remaining females, but unfortunately fruitless.
